Payment Methods

At the time of booking guests can choose one of the following payment methods:

• On-line booking
  
• Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
• Wire transfer

Bookings are considered confirmed only when the guest receives a booking confirmation by e-mail or fax.
During the booking confirmation phase a deposit of 50% of the total must be paid and the balance must be paid upon your arrival at the beginning of your stay.

- On-line booking:

- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard):

to confirm the booking you need to:

• download, fill in and sign the documents under the link guaranteed booking composed of:

• form authorising charge to your credit card

• Cancellation Policy

• send the above documents signed for approval by fax or e-mail

- Wire transfer:

to confirm the booking you need to:

• download, fill in and sign the “Cancellation Policy” under the link booking by wire transfer
  

• make a wire transfer for 50% of the total, made out to the references shown below

• send the above documents signed for approval and a copy of the wire transfer by fax or e-mail

Cancellation Policy:

Guests can cancel their booking by e-mail or fax.

Guests who cancel their booking will be charged a penalty as follows:

• 50% of the total value of the stay if the cancelation is made 60 to 30 days before the first date of the stay

• 100% of the total value of the stay if the cancellation is made after this date.
